I took this photo at Saginaw Forest. There originally was a bright blue object in the background, however, I was able to get an angle where the tree blocks it. I like how in the second photo, there is one dark tree in a majority light section.
I took this photo at Saginaw Forest on a dock. I like how the water perfectly reflects its surrondings. I wanted to capture the lilypads but the big ones were too close to the dock, so I had to leave them out.
I took this photo at bird hills. A photo looking up at the trees was easy and fun to do. However, after taking that photo it was difficult to find out what photo I would take next. When I came to this wood, it was at the very beginning of Spring so everything was still brown and morphed together.
I took this photo in Bird Hills after stumbling upon multiple fallen trees. The wood was chipping away in one section, so I took an upclose angle of it. I like how the other trees peek out in the background. It relates to the fact that the other trees can grow more after being fertilized by the decompose tree.
I took this photo at Saginaw Forest on a bridge. The bridge was very narrow, so I had to be fast when taking these photos. I tried to evenly space out of the foreground, midground, and background which I think I accomplished. It was difficult because I wasn't tall enough to get the yellow grass out of view.
